After aging in special wood for 12 months, the Chasselas Signature is more complex, with a seductive harmony and balance on the palate.<\/p>\n<p>The innovation: the Chasselas Signature was aged in 500-liter barrels. Due to a larger cask, the contact surface with the wine is reduced: there is more wine for less wood. The result is more complex and round while leaving the fruitiness of the Chasselas intact. A very fine wine!<\/p>\n<p>We have used all our know-how to raise a Chasselas barrique that is both floral and structured.
