Icon of the Neuchâtel Terroir, Chasselas embodies the style of our winery with its floral and mineral-calcareous aromas, seductively fresh.
With 90 points in the Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate guide (2015 & 2017 vintages), we make a point of producing an aromatic and round Chasselas, with a yellow color with golden highlights, which is also expressed by its calcareous minerality, strongly influenced by the composition of its soils.
Chasselas From the lieu-dit “Le Champ du Four”, only the grapes with perfect phenolic maturity have been selected in order to guarantee a tasty gastronomic Chasselas.
