Seductive on the nose as well as in the mouth, the unfiltered has a well-characterized identity due to the fine lees still suspended in the bottle. These fine lees bring both very specific aromas but also protect the wine! The unfiltered Chasselas (Non Filtré) will keep better over time! Yes, yes!
The unfiltered Chasselas is therefore expressed differently: the mouth is rounder, velvety and more voluminous. The nose is characterized by citrus-type freshness: grapefruit, lemon and even notes of ripe and fresh pear (those that we will certainly find in the filtered Chasselas Légende). Jasmine, orange leaf and verbena bring a bouquet of freshness to both the nose and the palate.
