Description
Fruit of Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris berries ripened on the vine until the development of noble rot (Botrytis cinerea), harvested in early January 2023 (2022 vintage!) then aged in oak barrels.
A very aromatic and mellow sweet vintage:
> A deep golden yellow color, with an intense bright robe,
> Aromas of spices, quinces and exotic fruits,
> A mellow, ample and very long mouth.
The Late Harvest Signature comes from the vines of the place called “Les Grand’ Vignes”, where the exposure to the sun as well as the climatic conditions necessary for over-ripening on the vine are ideal.
