Emblematic of the Neuchâtel Terroir, the Oeil de Perdrix is made from Pinot Noir only. We do everything we can to enhance this expressive and seductive rosé wine.
Vinified using the traditional Neuchâtel method, our Oeil-de-Perdrix is an invitation to discover expressive aromas through a fresh and light wine.
With a salmon color expressing both the finesse of Pinot Noir and the freshness of red fruits, this wine is strongly influenced by its terroir. Coming from the vines of the place called “Le Champ du Four” in Auvernier, we raise this wine towards a fresh and round style to perpetuate the Neuchâtel tradition.
